Speaking about gems...5 Minutes with a Pocket Handkerchief just blew me away. I am always a fan of a full blown routine that takes up very little pocket space. Quentin Reynolds is a kids performer Ireland. Now wait...this doesn't mean that the routine here is just for kids...no way. I use it as an interesting interlude at the bar and YES it plays great! The opening sequence on the tape shows Quentin performing this routine for a bunch of kids and he is driving them CRAZY...they are screaming! All this with a pocket hanky?! Yes...This is a routine that is really adaptable to many different performing venues and the best part??? it is easy to do. You pull out the handkerchief and stretch it to twice its size then it jumps out of your hand repeatedly...then, no matter how hard you try you can't tie a knot in it...then you fold it into the mouse...yeah the mouse...the one in Gardner's encyclopedia of impromptu stuff...but have you ever actually taken the time to learn the fold and then use it???no I hadn't either but here is a pro who shows you how and then tips every subtlety and includes it with all of the jokes, gags, by play, tidbits that are only garnered after thousands of performances...I consider this a best buy at only $20.

I have been unable to get Scotty York's Revolutionary Routines with Aces for some time...it is a long story...but for those of you who have my tapes, and understand the handling, I am now offering the replacement cards at $8.00. If you want to study this a bit more, I have just discovered a great value. Allan Ackerman/Bro John Hamman video that includes the Final Four Ace routine which uses the same special cards...plus three other Bro John Hamman effects...and the necessary cards...If you are familiar with Bro John's work, you know how strong it is. Allan Ackerman does a superb job of teaching these effects. A great deal at $32.
